In addition to the abovementioned prices, a tourist tax (“tassa di soggiorno”) of \u20ac 2.00 per person per night will be charged for all guests aged 14 and over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Booking confirmation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For single-room bookings, a deposit of 40% of the total amount must be paid upfront at the time of booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For multiple-room bookings, as for “entire property” bookings, a deposit of 50% of the total amount must be paid upfront at the time of booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In both cases, the remaining balance must be paid upon arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For cancellations made more than 30 days before the start of the stay, 70% of the deposit will be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For cancellations made less than 30 days before the start of the stay, the deposit is not refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last minute bookings<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
