In addition to the abovementioned prices, a tourist tax (“tassa di soggiorno”) of € 2.00 per person per night will be charged for all guests aged 14 and over.

Booking confirmation

For single-room bookings, a deposit of 40% of the total amount must be paid upfront at the time of booking.

For multiple-room bookings, as for “entire property” bookings, a deposit of 50% of the total amount must be paid upfront at the time of booking.

In both cases, the remaining balance must be paid upon arrival.

Cancellation policy

For cancellations made more than 30 days before the start of the stay, 70% of the deposit will be refunded.

For cancellations made less than 30 days before the start of the stay, the deposit is not refundable.

Last minute bookings

Bookings made less than 30 days from the start of the stay require payment in full upfront, at the time of booking. This amount is non-refundable.
